Baker Estate Sales provides estate liquidation, downsizing, moving, and related consultation services. The specific terms of any estate sale or liquidation will be governed by a separate written agreement between Baker Estate Sales and the client.
3. Estate Sale Purchases
All items sold at our estate sales are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with no warranties or guarantees, either expressed or implied. All sales are final. Buyers are responsible for the removal of large items purchased during the sale.
4. Limitations of Liability
In no event shall Baker Estate Sales or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Baker Estate Sales' website or during our physical sales, even if Baker Estate Sales or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
5. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
6. Modifications to Terms
